Job Description:
Softengine is seeking a meticulous Senior Be.As Manufacturing Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a Senior Be.As Manufacturing Consultant at Softengine Inc., you will be an integral part of our Professional Services team, ensuring successful implementations of ERP solutions, specifically based on SAP Business One (SAP B1), with a focus on Be.As manufacturing functionalities.
Key Functions:
- Lead and manage Be.As manufacturing module implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Analyze client business processes and requirements, and recommend best practices for implementing Be.As manufacturing functionalities.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 to meet client’s manufacturing requirements, including production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, and quality management.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Be.As manufacturing module functionalities.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and risks related to ERP implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP solutions, specifically SAP B1 and Be.As manufacturing functionalities.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in client meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP solutions, specifically SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on Be.As manufacturing functionalities.
- Experience with Be.As manufacturing module implementation and configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in ERP implementations.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- SAP B1 certification is a plus.
- Be.As manufacturing certification published by Boyum is a plus.
