Job Description:
Seeking a meticulous Technical Service Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a Technical Service Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and optimizing customer satisfaction.Â
Key Functions:Â
- Maintain 95% customer approval rating.Â
- Maintain 95% adherence to Softengine Service Level Agreement.Â
- Resolve Zoho tickets promptly.Â
- Execute and improve customer service strategy.Â
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems efficiently.Â
- Create training and technical support documentation.Â
- Recommend procedural improvements to prevent recurring issues.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Â
Job Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.Â
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Prior experience in customer support role.Â
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar ticketing systems preferred.Â
