Job Description:
Seeking a meticulous Technical Service Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a Technical Service Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and optimizing customer satisfaction. 

Key Functions: 

  • Maintain 95% customer approval rating. 
  • Maintain 95% adherence to Softengine Service Level Agreement. 
  • Resolve Zoho tickets promptly. 
  • Execute and improve customer service strategy. 
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems efficiently. 
  • Create training and technical support documentation. 
  • Recommend procedural improvements to prevent recurring issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Prior experience in customer support role. 
  • Familiarity with Zoho or similar ticketing systems preferred.
