Job Description:
Seeking a meticulous Technical Service Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a Technical Service Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and optimizing customer satisfaction.
Key Functions:
- Maintain 95% customer approval rating.
- Maintain 95% adherence to Softengine Service Level Agreement.
- Resolve Zoho tickets promptly.
- Execute and improve customer service strategy.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Create training and technical support documentation.
- Recommend procedural improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support role.
- Familiarity with Zoho or similar ticketing systems preferred.
