In SAP Business One when Business Partner is marked as “Inactive” can display or not Inactive Business Partners in reports and marketing documents. Make a note these are company level settings and it will affect all the users.
Settings:
- Display Inactive Business Partners in Reports
- Display Inactive Business Partners in Marketing Documents
As a default the above settings are checked to “display” inactive Business Partners.
To access this tab, choose Administration – System Initialization – General Settings (BP tab).
