Why Attend Pack Expo 2025

Why Attend Pack Expo 2025

  • food and beverage packaging, industry conferences, Las Vegas trade shows, manufacturing technology, Pack Expo 2025, packaging industry event, packaging innovation, packaging regulations, supply chain event, trade show networking

Since COVID, people have been questioning whether they should invest the time, money and resources to attend industry event.  It is certainly much easier to just remain in the office, focused on the day-to-day.  But if the current economic and political times have taught us nothing else, they have certainly taught us that we can’t “wait and see”.  The PACK EXPO trade show being held in Las Vegas on September 29th through October 1st is one of the largest concentrations of strategic ideas, solutions and actions you will find anywhere.  If you are still not sure why you should attend, consider this!

1. Because there is power in connection!

At its core, the Pack Expo is a coming together of individuals, all bound together by shared interests, common values, and similar goals.  There is power in this kind of critical mass!  When you get this many people in one place at one time, momentum is created.  In addition to doing business, you create stronger relationships with customers, vendors, and industry thought leaders.  Attendees caught up in the energy created become your advocate, your evangelist, a new customer, or a strategic partner.

2. Networking Opportunities

You simply cannot dismiss the power of networking.  The science of networking (yes…  it is a science) would suggest that there are three different forms that all of us need to understand – especially if we are in a leadership position.  Operational, personal and strategic.  It is beyond the scope of this document to define each type.  The key takeaway for Pack Expo attendees is the following:  Successful leaders and managers understand that building a strategic network is an “unnatural” act.  Your role does not require that you build a strategic network.  There is not a roadmap or description of who should be included in your network.  It is hard to find an “excuse” for taking the time and spending the money to consciously and deliberately build this essential resource.  But study after study has come to the same conclusion; the most successful leaders, managers and contributors have strategic networks that they can use to help them exceed their goals.  It is too hard to do it all yourself.  Your network can help you attain for more than you could ever hope to attain alone.

3. Accelerating Your Experience & Knowledge

The amount of time it would take you to obtain the same knowledge that you can get from three days at Pack Expo is… well…. years and years (if at all).  Think about your normal week.  You start the week with a list of 10 things you want to accomplish.  You end the week with 15 items remaining!  We are so involved in the day-to-day that sometimes an entire year goes by without a significant amount of growth occurring.  You can learn more, experience more, validate more, and ask more questions in two and a half days than you could experience in an entire year working “in” your business! This is true for you, and for every other person you bring with you to PackExpo.  Think of the knowledge you will acquire.  The cost is insignificant in comparison.

4. The Next Phase

Pack Expo is the place where people get to know people.  This is where you meet with a potential acquiror – or acquiree.  There could be hundreds of potential opportunities all in one place at one time.  This is too important to miss.

5. The New Paradigm

Take your pick.  Maybe you are looking to better understand the new technologies that are changing the way products are packaged.  Maybe you need to see all of the new technology that is changing the competitive landscape.  What new materials are being delivered, what new regulations are being considered, what new challenges are going to positively or negatively impact your business next year.

We could go on.  There are more than thirty thousand people that have already determined that Pack Expo 2025 is the place to be. If you are still trying to determine if it is really worth the time and expense, put your own ROI on it.  Simply challenge yourself to find one meeting, create one new relationship, schedule one breakfast or lunch, meet with one customer…  they are all there!  The issue isn’t “if” there is an ROI, the issue is how big will the ROI be?
